Companies are able to sign up and post their jobs, shifts, and trainings on a public board for workers to apply for and attend.
Companies can track all employees on their jobs.
When a worker attends a training, the companies can mark them as having had attended it and the employee gets a training badge for that information.
Workers can track their unemployment and how many jobs theyve applied for in the app.
